Elenor Garside

Elenor Garside is the Rostering and Workforce Business Partner at DANS. Having started as an Office Coordinator, Elenor moved into rostering before progressing to manage the rostering function and, today, DANS’ broader workforce and people operations. She leads the team across recruitment, workforce administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination and people processes, helping ensure DANS has the right people and support in place to deliver quality care.
