Once approved for a home care package you’re placed in a national queue – the sooner you speak with us for a 60-minute consult, the sooner we can start you on the path to subsidised care.
90 days before you are assigned a Home Care Package you will receive a letter indicating that your package is not far away. This is the time to complete the Aged Care Fee’s Income Assessment Form.
